Certainly helping the overall average sales price are sales in the luxury tier. The highest sale year to date remains a penthouse at The Claride followed by two sales at The Ritz Carlton. Life just isn't so bad living in the Dallas high rise corrider!
High rise condominiums are booming in the real estate industry.. Las Vegas is really the domicicle of hotels and casinos.. As a matter of fact, Las Vegas has the most number of hotel rooms all over the world.
